 Our Principles:

           The Sussex Wantage Taxpayers' Association believes that our children deserve a quality
           education in safe, secure and well maintained school facilities.

           We further believe that our children's parents, and all residents, work extremely hard for their money.
           They certainly are not "undertaxed."
 

It is time that the Sussex/Wantage Education Association (the teachers union) faces reality and ceases their absurd demands for ever increasing salaries and benefits. While those of us paying the bills are taking pay cuts, losing jobs and in some cases our very homes......it is certainly not unreasonable to ask teachers to contribute toward a portion of their top-of-the-line health care coverage.

Please ask members of the Board of Education not to be intimidated by skilled union paid negotiators. The dollars that they bargain away is our hard earned money. It is time to tell the teachers union that enough is enough.
